Naga Shawl | Warrior Blanket TTL21

This striking handmade textile is from the Zemi tribe of Nagaland on the Burmese side. It shows exceptional detail with expert weaving and embroidery. Naga shawls of this caliber are rare. It is larger than most Naga blankets that we encounter.

It was traditionally worn as a body cloth indicating tribal belonging and status. It consists of two panels sewn together in the traditional method. It is ideal for use as an exotic wall decoration, sofa throw, or bed throw.
