This masterfully woven silk wall hanging is adorned with a complex supplementary weft weave, focusing on the diamond motif, symbolizing eyes said to ward off evil spirits. This piece took several weeks to complete using a traditional wooden loom and the experience of the weaver is apparent in the meticulously executed design. The silk ends in long braided silk tassels.
