Angkor Khmer Ritual Bronze Candle Holder EUO90

This rare bronze artifact is from Takéo Province, Cambodia. It was used as a ritual candle holder in religious ceremonies. The figure that appears on the upper surface is that of a court dancer in traditional costume. The bronze has a well-worn patina with green oxidization.
