Beautifully carved, this teak wood bull is from Mandalay, Burma. It is said that of all the crafts in Burma, carving in teak wood lends itself most readily to the genius of the people. This true to life sculpture captures well the proud nature of the bull and has been decorated with four miniature bronze bells worn around the bull’s neck.
