Antique Bronze Horse Bell Laos EBB98

This unusual artifact is an exceptionally rare bronze horse bell from Laos, sans the wooden side clappers that would periodically wear out. The style and wear indicate that it is from the 18th century. It’s interesting to note that the side of the bell that rubbed against the chest of the horse has a more ‘polished’ patina than the opposite side.
