Antique Bronze Buffalo Bell Burma EBB44

From Burma, this mid 19th century trapezoidal shaped buffalo bell, known as hka-lauk, is cast in bronze with a style of decoration on one side that is rarely seen. The bell is hung from a custom built stand. It is a large and well executed example of its kind.
