Antique Hill Tribe Silver Bracelet ETJ128

$495.00

This antique silver hill tribe bracelet is beautifully decorated throughout the band with a central floral motif. Hollow silver bracelets with a great variety of designs were mostly made by the Shan and worn and treasured by the Lahu and Akha minority hill tribe groups of Southeast Asia.

Availability: In stock

The bracelet is made from high grade silver, often obtained from melted down French silver coins during the 19th and early 20th century. The silver has an attractive, aged patina but could be polished to a high shine. There is a small degree of yellow tarnishing on the inside of the bracelet, which is common to many antique silver bracelets, and could be polished out.
